Our Services

Settlement/Indefinite Leave To Remain

To apply for it, you will need to have lived in the UK continuously and lawfully for a specified duration of time, normally for 5 years or 10 years depending on your status. Settlement is otherwise known as Indefinite Leave to Remain (“ILR”)

Marriage and Relationship Visa

In the United Kingdom, Fiancé(e)/proposed Civil Partner visas are available to those engaged to be married to British Citizens or those permanently resident in the UK, provided the marriage takes place within six months. UK Fiancé(e)/proposed Civil Partner Visas allow non EEA/EU nationals to travel to the UK to get married and to switch into the Spouse Visa category after nuptials are completed.

Employers, Work and Sponsor

If you want to come to the UK to work, to set up a business and pursue your career, to invest, or to live and work as an entrepreneur, then you may wish to consider a work visa. This can lead to settlement.

EEA Citizen Family Visa and Adult dependent visa

Family members of EEA citizens enjoy the right of admission to the UK without leave to enter or remain providing they can prove their relationship to an EEA citizen. Normally this will be done though a passport and an EEA family permit, family residence card or permanent residence card.
